Shipping and Returns Policy

Thank you so much for shopping at Ageless Elegance! We value every person who orders from us. We make sure to do our best for every customer, which is why you should ensure you read this shipping and return policy before scheduling an appointment or making any purchases.

If you feel dissatisfied with the products you order or if there’s been a mistake made with your purchases, we can help you figure it out.

Returns

We offer a 14-calendar day window for you to lodge a complaint or request a return from the date of the package’s arrival.

We allow returns for the following scenarios:

  1. The package arrived broken or damaged in its package
  2. The seal of the package was broken before you received it
  3. You received the wrong items
  4. You ordered the wrong items and would like to exchange them. However, items on sale are not eligible for an exchange in this scenario.

To receive the option for a return, the items in question need to be unused, sealed, and in the same state as when you received them.

Your item must be in the same packaging as when you received them.

You must possess proof of purchase, i.e., the confirmation email and online receipt emailed to you.

You must also retain the shipping packaging and label.

Steps for a Return

  1. Send us an email at our business email address: [insert business email address] stating your order number and problem requesting a return.
  2. If appropriate, please attach images of faulty packaging or damaged goods if that is the issue you are requesting a return for.
  3. We will require you to ship the items back to us, after which our team will examine said items.
  4. If the package you send us aligns with the issue you’ve highlighted, we will send you the items you’ve requested in return.

Shipping and Returns

In the case that you have made the wrong purchases and would like to exchange your items, it is your responsibility to bear the costs of shipping both your primary order back and the new order to your address. We will not be responsible for shipping costs in this case.

In case the item was damaged or the wrong items were sent to you, Ageless Elegance will be absorbing those costs. However, the primary shipping costs will not be included in the price at which you will be exchanging the items. You may only request an exchange without further payment for products that amount to the same price as your original purchases.

Refund Policy

Please note that we do not have a refund policy. We allow you to return items for an exchange of the same price or more as per the returns policy above.
